Zophar explained his name was from the book of Job in scripture,
and he spoke of Zophar's response to Job (Job 11:18):
"You will have courage because you will have hope.
You will take your time, and rest in safety."
It was a reminder...
It takes courage with hope in God’s love to overcome our trials and struggles.
During the August 2020 outreach, Angela Fisher met Zophar, a 45-year-old African American man. He said he found faith in his life on the streets, and he had such a love for the Lord! Zophar explained his name was from the book of Job in scripture. He spoke of Zophar's response to Job, and quoted Job 11:18, "You will have courage because you will have hope. You will take your time, and rest in safety."
