Welcome!

St. Joseph's Chartered Scouting Organizations

The Boy and Girl Scouting Programs at St. Joseph's Catholic Church offer a tremendous opportunity for fun, friendship and development, to both the youth and parent participants. The St. Joseph's Community is very proud of our youths and we recognize that their education and nurturing are important for each of them now, plus to us all as they prepare to become the leaders of the future. These programs offer the families of our Faith Community plus the families of the Greater Mandarin-Area Community a chance to participate in worldwide organizations and watch our future leaders as they grow.

The Cub Scouts offer programs for boys from First Grade through Fifth Grade, and the Boy Scouts continue with programs up to age 18.

The Girl Scouts offer programs for girls from Kindergarten up to age 18.

So what are you waiting for? Come on and join the fun! Scroll below for contacts, gathering times/locations, and activities schedules.

So what are Cub Scouts all about? Developing lasting friendships, learning new personal and group skills, learning how to work as a team, celebrating the accomplishments of you and your peers, experiencing nature and all her wonders, and preparing for a bright future in a very positive environment. A chance for parents to beam with pride as you watch your son grow into something wonderful. It's not just camping, that's for sure!

Girl Scout Troops

Girl Scouts is the world’s preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls - all girls - where, in an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build character and skills for success in the real world. In partnership with committed adults, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives - like strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth.

In Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls together. Through the many enriching experiences provided by the Girl Scouts, they can grow courageous and strong.
